Comments(1) We celebrate two times – with Moscow, Russia at our 3 p.m. and with Times Square at midnight. Ah, and Twilight Zone marathon on TV. Happy New 2012 Year!

Russian dinner: carrot salad (morkovcha), jellied beef & chicken (kholodets), herring salad (“herring under fur coat” – seledka pod shuboy), homemade marinated tomatoes, piroshki with feta and eggplants and boiled potato with dill and butter.
Some glow sticks and noise-makers.
Yura and something sparkling.
As a former North Jersey resident I really enjoy your home grown pictures. The Russian celebration meal looks delicious. My favorite is the golden kitty cat. Happy New Year to all of you!
