We had Greek salad, deviled eggs, eggplant “caviar”, baked beans,  corn and hot-dogs with condiments from grill. And non-alcoholic mojito with ice.

Easter dinner: gazpacho, rice pancakes with smoked trout & creme fraiche, spanakopita (spinach pies), baked cabbage wedges, salmon and fruit salsa, salad with radishes, green onion, cucumber and eggs, pink lemonade.
